What we verified
We independently confirmed that peptidelabs.co.za publishes a retatrutide 20mg product page priced at R1,680.00, bundled with five 1ml insulin syringes and one bacteriostatic water vial, supplied in powdered form [24]. A direct browser-rendered re-check additionally confirmed: the Contact/FAQ page names Janoshik as the testing laboratory; the product page itself displays step-by-step reconstitution instructions beneath its research-only label (not reproduced here); the “Usage” page gives an explicit day-by-day titration schedule for Melanotan; and the “Introduction” page frames the business around consumer lifestyle and aesthetic goals, directly naming Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro as comparators [58][59][60][61].
What the vendor claims
The product page cites published clinical-trial weight-loss figures (for example, up to 24.2% body-weight loss after 48 weeks in trial data) as general context rather than a guarantee for individual buyers, and states the product is “RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY” and “not currently approved for clinical use” [24].
