We independently confirmed that leolabs.co.za publishes a Sandton, Gauteng contact address, stated business hours, a dedicated testing-reports page naming Janoshik Analytical as a third-party laboratory with report/task numbers, and complete privacy, terms, shipping and refund policy pages [14][15]. We independently read LEOLABS's live Hellopeter profile: 4.5/5 from 88 reviews in the last 12 months, a 6.3/10 TrustIndex, and an 89% reply rate to negative reviews, as of 2026-09-22 [12]. A direct follow-up check of the retatrutide product page and checkout flow on 2026-09-22 confirmed the product is genuinely for sale (10mg–60mg, R1,620–R7,145) with linked COA and heavy-metal test results, and that a live order for a 10mg vial shows a flat R150 shipping charge and Payflex/EFT as the checkout payment options [38][39]. We also confirmed that Janoshik Analytical is a real, independent, industry-recognised peptide-testing laboratory used across the wider research-peptide market — a fact about the laboratory in general, not a confirmation of any specific LEOLABS report.

An earlier pass of this research incorrectly reported this product URL as returning a 404 and treated the retatrutide/semaglutide/tirzepatide test reports as an unresolved catalogue discrepancy; that finding was in error and is corrected here following a direct re-check.
